History of The Wentworth Arms
The Wentworth Arms, a charming pub formerly owned by Charrington, is located near the Anchor Brewery in Stepney.
Over the years, it has welcomed several notable East End personalities, including the infamous Kray Twins. The Krays were regular patrons, often visiting due to its proximity to the Regal Billiard Hall, which they used as the headquarters for The Firm starting in the mid-1950s.
We are a ‘wet-led’ pub
Our main priorities are providing excellent drinks & a good time. We currently do not serve food.
